PAYMENT POLICY & PAYMENT METHODS
To facilitate shipping of products so that there is no delay and also to facilitate payment from our valuable Customers, ELSO has decided on a new payment policy.
For total invoice of $1000 or less, payment by Credit Card, Interac Debit or Bank Transfer only.
INTERAC PAYMENT
- Send payment by email to elso@elso.ca
- Password suggestion, elso if you desire.
- Put in the note your company name and also the invoice number or your PO or order number
BANK TRANSFER OR WIRE TRANSFER
- Bank information will be sent to you by email. Please let us know
CREDIT CARD PAYMENT BY VISA OR MASTERCARD
- For this payment methods, you can call us to give your credit card info or
- Go to our website elso@elso.ca and use the red button (RIGHT HAND CORNER) PAY
INVOICE.
NET 30 DAYS AND PAYMENT BY CHEQUE
Our net 30 days payment can be paid with above methods or by check with terms and condition
below:
- A credit approval form needs to be satisfied with a check on credit references.
For first time purchase no net 30 days payment can be issued, the above payments
methods apply until after approval of credit from our accounting department.
- We reserve the right to revoke net 30 days payment terms for late payments from clients.
- After which the above payments methods will apply thereafter.
LATE PAYMENT FEES
Please note that as per our specified payment terms, all invoices must be paid in full within [30] days of receipt.
Overdue balances are subject to a late payment fee of 12% annually (1% per month) as agreed in the terms we
specified. We do not accept any other payment terms otherwise.
